Lets get comfortable!

So Ive been going to the gym now for about a month and I cant stand working out with any kind of  sleeves. So I took some of my old shirts and cut them up for comfort and to put a stamp on my gym style.

 top: h&m
I use the sleeves of this top as a guide.

Before

I found this shirt at my moms house and fell in love with the color.

After

This last one was really huge so I did it a little different. I cut the collar all the way across and then I cut a long string from the sleeves to tie up the top of the sleeves so it gives it a long scoop neck in the front and in the back.

I cut the sleeves, the collars really low, and the bottom so it fits loose and comfortable. I'm definitely not wearing them like this I don't have the abs for them yet, but I like to double layer for the gym. Enjoy!

Back to school!

I have yet to experience this magical moment of seeing your first born off to school but for those who are experiencing this for the first time or its a reoccurring experience here is some information I've gathered to make this time a little less hectic than usual.

Tampa Bay Parenting Magazine

The 4th Annual Back To School Fair

Saturday August 13th 9AM-4PM

"After a summer of relaxation it’s going to be tough to shake off the laid-back lifestyle and get back into super parent mode.
Luckily for parents all over the Tampa Bay area, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on August 13, will be just what you need to get back into the swing of things! The Back To School Fair is a day to prepare, protect, educate and inspire children for the upcoming school year!
This annual event will feature live entertainment, informational speaker sessions, karaoke, games, arts & crafts, face painting, balloon artist, workshops and a whole bunch of fun! The 2011 event will take place inside the new, state of the art Glazer Children’s Museum located at 110 West Gasparilla Plaza, in downtown Tampa. Fair goers will be able to enjoy the entire museum and fair for only $5 per person and the first 150 kids will also receive a tote bag filled with Back to School supplies and other goodies. Museum Members are free!"
